If more people knew about contractors vr i think it would get a lot more popular. It's basically 5 games in one. It is a multiplayer shooter with it's own mod menu. It has all the Og star wars battlefront maps with it's own loadout. Same with Halo, COD, TF2, ect. The battlefront mod is one of the best vr games on the platform in my opinion. It even has kino der toten, shi no numa, and town in VR and it works really good. Mystery box and all.

wierd, I have never noticed any lag on my menus on the quest 2?. So maybe its your device? I am thinking of getting a quest 3 since I want to develop for the Mixed reality modes. Did not know there is a Quest 3 Lite coming, so maybe I should wait for that one? edit: read a little about quest 3 lite, and if the rumour is true that it will have a litle lower resolution, but same cpu, it means better framerate on the quest 3 lite, but maybe it also have more narrow FOV also.... ah these decisions

Well this is my first and last watch from this guy

I'd like to make this known to anyone currently using the Quest 2. So for a while now my Quest 2 battery has been fried (no I don't mean that its caught on fire(yet)) and dies really fast. I've done what I can to try to prevent this thanks to GetHips videos (your friggin awesome man) but I can't prevent it forever. Plugging it in while playing seems to help it but not much. And there seems to be nothing I can do to help the issue. Battery packs are pointless as the charger does the exact same. And I can't get the battery replaced by meta because my warranty is expired. So the only logical solution is to get a whole new headset which is going to cost another $300. Also, If any of you guys have another possible solution I woukd appreciate it A LOT. Hope This dosen't happen to any of you guys. Love you! <3

The problems you mention of staff being rid off and difficulty for good game Development is already an ongoing issue even outside of the VR area. "Apple vision pro isn't selling well" well obviously because it's a overpriced pile of garbage and most people are not able to afford it so no wonder it's a loss for Apple 😂

So the big guys are losing money making VR games, and Indies have the same problem, but have even less leeway. If it doesn't bring in money, it is indeed, cooked. At least in a larger audience. I pray VR can become main stream. Otherwise, my prediction of Ready Player One being the most likely dystopian sci fi future would be wrong!
